Truly, if there’s a market for child-free fghlits (and it sounds as though there is), it’s a free-enterprise system so why not do it? I bet it costs more, but if someone wants to pay for the quiet and peace on a kid-free plane, power to them.And I agree 100% with this on the restaurant/theater front. How many times did we pay as much for our meal as we did for a sitter to have a child-free night, just to have our evening ruined by someone else showing up with their bratty kids.There’s a spa in our state that doesn’t allow anyone under 18 on the premises. LOVE that.I adore my sons and do my best to teach them how to behave well, but I completely understand the economics behind banning children from various venues. What’s really sad is that it’s even being considered in the first place. Shame on our poor parenting, right?
