The closest is the Disneyland Hotel which is right across from the entrance, then I would say Hotel New York, Newport Bay Club, Sequoia Lodge, Hotel Cheyenne and Hotel Santa Fe the rest of the htoels are further away even Hotel Santa Fe is a 20 minute walk to Disneyland although they do offer buses which drop you about a 3 to 4 minute walk to Disneyland park. The best deals you are going to find are going to be through Disney itself.
