With the chains (a tmeepred exception for Not Your Average Joe’s), most of the ingredients come from industrialized agri-business, that is NOT sustainable, and worse further, is shipped in at high carbon cost from west coast or southern locations. So while I LOVE the sentiment that we need additional eating choices in West Acton, the approach of encouraging the chain is frightening to me Educated circles are trying hard to promote small local and West Acton is probably fine for this type of thing. Brew pub? How about at Idylewilde. There’s enough septic capacity out there
